The STEDI Curved 40" ST2K Touch LED Light Bar is the shorter sibling in the ST2K Touch range, with the same touch-activated, colour-switching white/amber DRL built into the lens and a curved 6063 aluminium housing for a snug fit on roof racks and bull bars.

It puts out 19,000lm from 16 x 15W LEDs in a combo beam pattern, throwing light 645m down-road with a 164m lateral spread thanks to its curved reflector design, and carries STEDI’s IP68 waterproof rating for reliable off-road use.

Curved 6063 aluminium extrusion housing with an optical grade, hard-coated Lexan lens. Wipe down with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents on the lens.

Compatibility

Wired via a relay harness with HB3/H4 piggyback adapter, allowing the light bar to trigger from the vehicle’s factory high-beam circuit. Compatible with both 12V and 24V electrical systems.

How to use

  • Mount using the supplied side brackets on a roof rack, bull bar or canopy.
  • Wire in using the relay harness and HB3/H4 piggyback adapter, or hardwire to a switched 12V/24V feed.
  • Tap the touch-sensor on the lens to switch the DRL between white and amber.
  • Activate the main beam via your wired switch or high-beam trigger.

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch the DRL colour without rewiring?

Yes. The DRL is touch-activated directly on the lens, so you can tap to switch between white and amber without any extra wiring or switches.

How does the 40" compare to the 50" ST2K Touch?

It uses the same touch DRL technology and 6063 aluminium housing but with fewer LEDs (16 x 15W vs 20 x 15W) and a shorter 40" length, giving 19,000lm instead of 24,000lm.

Is this light bar 12V or 24V?

Both — it’s compatible with 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems.
