The STEDI 52" ST4K 100 LED Double Row Light Bar is the largest and most powerful bar in STEDI's ST4K double-row range, combining spot and flood reflector distributions for maximum all-terrain coverage. It's built with 100 OSRAM OSLON® LEDs and STEDI's PURE Drive™ technology, which directs 97% of input power to the LEDs rather than wasting it as heat.
A cast A360.0 aluminium face plate with an extruded heat sink and a hard-coated optical-grade Lexan lens give this bar an IP68 rating, backed by an environmentally sealed Deutsch® DTP connector and a 5-year replacement warranty — built for serious long-range touring and overland vehicles that need maximum output.

Materials & care
A360.0 cast aluminium face plate with an extruded aluminium heat sink, finished in UV and abrasion-resistant polyester powder coat. Lens is hard-coated, optical-grade Lexan. Rinse with clean water after driving through mud, salt or dust.
Sizing & fit
52" overall length, 6.620kg. Supplied with stainless steel side brackets (±15mm height adjustment) and sliding brackets to suit a range of bull bars and roof mounts — the largest and heaviest bar in the ST4K range, so check clearance and mounting strength before fitting.
Compatibility
Runs on 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems. Easy-Fit high beam wiring kit includes HB3/H4 adapters for common factory high-beam connectors. STEDI ST4K blackout/amber covers are available separately to fit this size.
How to use
- Mount using the supplied stainless steel side brackets (±15mm adjustment) and sliding brackets, checking the mounting point can support the bar's weight.
- Wire using the Easy-Fit high beam wiring kit with HB3/H4 adapters, running a fused feed sized for the 23.4A draw.
- Aim the bar so the beam sits level with or slightly below the horizon to avoid dazzling oncoming traffic.
- Fit a STEDI ST4K cover when driving on public roads if required for compliance in your area.
