The STEDI 28" 52 LED ST4K Double Row Light Bar combines spot and flood reflector distributions for versatile all-terrain illumination, built with 52 OSRAM OSLON® LEDs and STEDI's PURE Drive™ technology, which directs 97% of input power to the LEDs rather than wasting it as heat.

A cast A360.0 aluminium face plate with an extruded heat sink and a hard-coated optical-grade Lexan lens give this bar an IP68 waterproof rating to 3m, backed by a 5-year replacement warranty.

Materials & care

A360.0 cast aluminium face plate with an extruded aluminium heat sink, finished in UV and abrasion-resistant polyester powder coat. Lens is hard-coated, optical-grade Lexan. Rinse with clean water after driving through mud, salt or dust.

Sizing & fit

28" overall length, 3.66kg. Supplied with stainless steel side brackets offering ±15mm height adjustment plus sliding brackets to suit a range of bull bars and roof mounts.

Compatibility

Runs on 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems. Easy-Fit high beam wiring kit includes HB3/H4 adapters for common factory high-beam connectors. STEDI ST4K blackout/amber covers are available separately to fit this size.

How to use

Mount using the supplied stainless steel side brackets (±15mm adjustment) and sliding brackets.
Wire using the Easy-Fit high beam wiring kit with HB3/H4 adapters, running a fused feed from the battery.
Aim the bar so the beam sits level with or slightly below the horizon to avoid dazzling oncoming traffic.
Fit a STEDI ST4K cover when driving on public roads if required for compliance in your area.

What's the difference between the spot and flood sections?

The outer LEDs use a 50° flood pattern for wide, close-range peripheral vision, while the centre LEDs use a narrow 5.8° spot pattern for long-distance throw — together giving 755m of beam reach at 1 lux.

Is this bar submersible?

It's rated IP68, meaning it's dust-tight and waterproof to 3m depth, making it suitable for water crossings and heavy rain, though it isn't designed for permanent submersion.

What warranty does it carry?
