The STEDI 12" ST4K is the compact double-row bar in the ST4K range, packing 20 OSRAM OSLON® LEDs into a flood-spot-flood layout for a wide, useable beam from a small footprint. PURE Drive™ technology sends 97% of input power straight to the LEDs, and the sealed A360.0 cast aluminium housing is rated IP68 for genuine off-road durability.

At 4,800 lumens, this bar suits tight mounting spots - roof rack ends, bull bar corners, and roll cage uprights - where you still want a real light bar rather than a small spotlight.

Materials & care

A360.0 cast aluminium face plate with an extruded aluminium heat sink, finished in 100% polyester UV- and abrasion-resistant powder coat. The lens is hard-coated optical-grade Lexan and the wiring uses a sealed Deutsch® DT connector. Wipe down with a soft cloth and clean water; avoid abrasive cleaners on the lens.

Sizing & fit

12" double-row light bar weighing 1.610kg. Supplied with stainless steel side brackets and adjustable sliding brackets so it can be positioned to suit roof racks, bull bars or bumper mounts.

Compatibility

Runs on both 12V and 24V electrical systems, making it suitable for petrol/diesel bakkies as well as light trucks. Wiring is via the included Easy-Fit high beam wiring kit with HB3 and H4 piggyback adapters.

How to use

Mount using the supplied stainless steel side brackets and adjustable sliding brackets, positioned so the bar doesn't obstruct your factory headlights.
Wire in using the Easy-Fit high beam wiring kit and HB3/H4 adapters, run through a relay, and fuse close to the battery.
Aim the bar with the vehicle on level ground, checking the flood spread and spot beam throw are aligned before tightening brackets fully.
Use as an auxiliary off-road light and switch off when driving on public roads unless legally permitted in your area.

Frequently asked questions

Is 4,800 lumens enough for a primary driving light?

It's a great option as a secondary or side-fill light, or as the primary bar on smaller vehicles with limited mounting space. For maximum forward throw on larger 4x4s, pair it with a longer ST4K bar or step up in size.

Will this light bar work on a 24V truck?

Yes. The ST4K 20 is rated for both 12V and 24V systems, so it suits diesel bakkies as well as 24V commercial trucks.

How long is the warranty?

STEDI backs the ST4K 20 with a 5-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
